The leather will take a bit of conditioning to make soft, but otherwise stitching appears to be sound and they work as designed.

My reins didnt have the hole in them to actually attach them to the bit on one side..

These reins arrived when expected, but I had to return them. The leather quality was very poor. The reins looked like they already had cracks in the leather so I did not feel they would last very long nor be safe for riding my horse. I did like the buckles though.

Love these reins! They are great for schooling and hold up well. I bought two pair for my young horse who likes to put everything in his mouth.

I have a big horse and standard length reins are just not good enough. I found these, and I must say that once I get them oiled, I think they're going to be great. Above average leather and the stitching looks good. Great price. I've bought many items from this seller and I've never been disappointed. If they soften as I expect I will be back for another pair.
