This product is great for restoring old JBL speakers. Not for the impatient. I bought a used set of these speakers and the previous owner installed a kit incorrectly. I stripped it and used this kit to fix what the did incorrectly. The seller provided a link to a video, and it was perfect. Followed the video and got it done. Took a few hours, and I am very happy. Time to do the second woofer, and then the radiators.

This kit allowed me to repair 4 JBL 4411 speakers. The kit had what was needed to complete the task, 4 foam rings and enough glue. It took about an hour per speaker. It was a bit messy but the end result was worth it. I think I messed up centering the first speaker as it doesn't sound right. The glue smells like model airplane glue. The foam distorts when in contact with the glue. You don't get much time to reposition the foam once it hits the glue. Watch the youtube instructions before you decide to buy this kit.
