This was a gift for my little sister on her 10th birthday and ended up being a big hit (well more so with the kids than the adults lol). Within 5 minutes of opening it and after refusing help she had it set up with blutooth to her ipad. As impressed as I am with her that also says something about ease of use and she was able to navigate everything herself.The sound quality was pretty good overall too, nice and clear and it's definitely capable of some volume! As most of the adults decided it was a good time to head outside for an intermission we could still hear the show being put on inside relatively well. On top of stealing the show with the kids at the party I think it's safe to say this ended up being the favorite gift this year!

Poor quality for a karaoke machine sounds like a useless toy

This is a small and light weight speaker that's gets pretty loud for it's size. Don't expect a lot of bass and you'll be happy with the sound.It has some nice lighting effects. You can turn off the lights by toggling through the modes by tapping the far right button on top.I got about 3 hours of battery life using it.It comes with 2 mics and a splitter, however one of my mics was dead on arrival. They are not very good mics.There are a few things that I dislike. One is is it forces an echo/reverb on the mic input. There is no way to disable it adjust it. It also cuts off the mic when there are silence, which can create a pop or non smooth sound while singing. The final thing, when the mic dies engage, you can hear a lot of static noise, which distracts from the singing.This is an ok speaker for music, but not very good for karaoke.

You get about 2 hours of fun out of this machine especially using rgb lights heavily from what I’ve tested. The microphone have a good reach so sitting Around the table with kids you could definitely have a fun gathering. There is also the option of connection wireless receivers from microphones and upgrading your microphone to wireless if that’s something you’re ok doing. The speaker is ok but super fun. At the price range, for this size speaker, this is a great value. The rgb is also good so I’ve been very pleased with this.
