Came with new locking washer. Thanks Solas for that. Works great, got an additional 200 rpm. Can now cruise at 5400 rpm.

Product came as described and well packaged. Well made and came with new locking tab/washer. I was hoping for the spline nut to be included, but I was able to reuse the nut to hold the prop on.
