Nice length. With the grade, I thought they would have better thickness

These cables are more flexible than I expected plus, they have Neutrix 1/4" inch plugs. Very nice! It sure beats going out to buy wire, connectors and soldering them myself.

Bought this line of product because of its variety of gages avalible. Its a double jacketed twisted pair cable with a fiber relief strand. Outer jacket is a nice thick rubber, inner jackets look like stranded thhn. All 4 cables i bought give off a buzz that you will need a filter for. This 15' one was the most notorious. Better suited as a power cable then as a signal cable. Not sure if the length of wire in relationship to twist is the problem of if its just cheap quality connections with a cheap quality cable. One cable has strands that were not soldered in place to keep from shorting accross the other terminal. Side by side with a certain company "m" in the same set up i found all cables to have noticable noise at -2db input with irritable at direct and unbearable at +6db. This 15' came in noisy at -6 db with little guitar comming over it. Company "m" was negligible noise at -2db and some low end noise at +3db only actually constituting a noice interferance at +6db.

I got this cable to run my Alesis DM10 Studio Drum set through my Behringer amp. The cords are strong, not cheap...the ends seem to be connected nicely and they make a very nice connection when plugging them in. The cable appears to be as it is advertised; a black rubberjacketed 12 gauge mono cable with reasonably well made straight 1/4" to 1/4" male connectors. There have not been any noises, static or buzzing, There's a rigid plastic sleeve that covers the solder points with the 2 metal outer sleeves covering whole connector. If you need a sturdier, walked-on, type cable you may want to look elsewhere or buy these as backups. I am not so sure how long they would last under concert conditions unless they were somehow protected from daily routine stage abuse. 5 stars for the price of this thing and how well its made. This a well made good solid cable that has not failed me yet. If you are on a budget, at this price point, you should try them out yourself.

I have always used a combo amp until recently, so take this as you may. There's not a whole lot to say about a speaker cable, as long as it works. I have it connecting a low wattage head and speaker cabinet. It seems to work great. As long as it keeps doing the job, I won't have anything negative to say. I'm always careful with my cables, and even when I used to travel locally with my gear, I only ever had one problem. This time, my set-up is going to be stationary for a long while so I can't make judgment on durability.

I'm using this to connect my Orange Micro Terror to a Seismic 1x12 cab. It does the job exactly as expected. I don't notice it or pay any attention to it whatsoever. To me, that's the sign of a good cable. Plug it in. It works. No headaches. I've only had it a short while, but if you take proper care of your gear (as you should), there's no reason to believe that it won't last for years.

These are expensive cables and take forever to get to you. Why did I give it 5 starts? Well, when you buy them you know the price and if you didn't notice the 3-5 week shipping notation it is right in your face when you place the order. That is what happened to me and I cancelled my first order trying to find a good cable at a similar price with 2 day Prime shipping. No luck so I placed the order again and just waited. I gave it 5 stars because it is a very good speaker cable to connect your amp head to a cabinet or two. WARNING- do not use a guitar cable as a speaker cable! They are designed for two separate animals. The center conductor of a shielded guitar cable is a very small gauge and will give way too much resistance. Friends in other rock bands have told me they burned out expensive amp heads by using a guitar cable as a speaker cable. I did not want to chance burning our my new bass head so the $11 for just the right cable (nice short footer) was worth the wait. You would be surprised at the number of musicians using instrument cables for speakers "hey I just use a guitar cord". These cables are heavy 14 gauge, a guitar cord is probably 22 or maybe even lighter with a shield that is useless for speakers. Even if you don't burn out the amp, you are drastically cutting your signal, hence sound.
