These are super easy to replace as long as you follow the instructions that Springfield Speaker includes with the kit. I had a question, contacted them, and they were extremely prompt and courteous with helping answer my concern. Cant say enough positive things about Springfield Speaker, absolutely fantastic to deal with.

This product is absolutely amazing! I was a little skeptical buying a universal fit however, after reading the directions (which by the way, is as easy as reading an ARMY Manuel), prep and cleaning is the hardest part of the whole process. I found these interesting looking speakers at the thrift shop and just had to buy em, even though the foams were gone, I could've still used the cabinets as furniture. I just knew they worked.........and perhaps someone just did some spring cleaning at Granny's house and wanted to get rid of em. Hence, the best purchase for me so far in 2018! Four, 10 inch universal fit speaker foams....repaired these $10 thift shop speakers and they sound soooo beautiful.Thanks,Will be purchasing Four 6 inch on payday👍🏽.???? Has anyone heard of JR speaker company, or JR speakers? On the speaker grill cover, there is a JR logo? Looks mid 60s early 70s.Thanks.—Curnell

These were the on the birthday wishlist for my 9 year old Autistic son. He wanted his set of speakers to work again. We used them to fix grandpa's cast off 25 year old Olympus (Radio Shack) speakers. These fit the 10" woofers nicely. Slightly snug fit inside the speaker basket, but it worked out well. Springfield provided a link to a YouTube video that showed perfectly how to align the voice coil while gluing the surrounds in place. It worked great. The speakers sound great now, well as good as they ever did. I wouldn't hesitate to use them on any of my older vintage speakers, like my Acoustic Research TSW610's that will be needing attention soon.

Great product, these are a more rubber based rather than foam which makes them much more duable and I think they will last much longer!
