This is well made braided line. I fish 3 days a week, sometimes more and this is the only braid I use after trying several others also.It is tough and lasts well.

For the fisherman that knows, of course this is really good line. For those that don't? You can't go wrong. I personally recommend sufix 832. The line is very dependable. It has never failed me and it doesn't matter what test. Knot your lure or hook with a good palomar? Pfffft.... Oh and last and IMHO, NO Memory is very important to me. I hate to fish using a "slinky".

I fish a lot (my wife would say to much). Sufix 832 is the only braid on my reels (spinning and casting) it does what its supposed to and doesn't empty the bank account.

Started off purchasing 125 yard filler in 20lb to try. Thought I loved it. It casts really well. Then I purchased 1200 yard spool of the stuff to line up my striper rods. The line casts great, super strong, and knot strength has not been an issue. The problem is, this line has just about zero abrasion resistance. I have lost 7 $13 lures in 3 weeks. After you catch a fish or scrape it on ANYTHING, you must strip a few feet off and re-tie. Not sure if that will even solve the problem. The line breaks on the cast and your lure will go zinging through the air. Goodby $13! It happens on whatever rod and reel I'm fishing with. I'm going back to spyderwire or power pro. Very disappointed!Update: today I re-tied my crank bait after striping about 10' of line off. I was casting only moderately as I didn't want to lose yet another of my favorite Yozuri crystal minnows. After about 10 casts my line broke and my lure fell into the water in front of me. I nearly dove in to get it but was too late. I could see line still attached to the lure so I know it was not the knot and the end of the line was frazzled. Used a different reel and brand new rod than my original review. My line never touched anything but water. Never in my life have I had a line fail so miserably.

I have used other brands and have always gone back to sufix 832. As far as I am concerned it is a great value.

tried them all $$$. The 832 lives up to it's hype. This braid is amazingly strong while maintaining fantastic sensitivity. Fish hooked to miss ratio increased dramatically. Also, the need to re-spool diminished by 1/2 compared to most of the braids that I tested. Note: test was done on 20 and 30 pound braids. Mike D
