When I first ordered this stand one of the screws was defective and made the stand impossible to use. That is why this is a 4-star review instead of a five-star.I did return the stand and ordered a new one, and the new one is working well. The fact the stand is adjustable so I can position my mirror at the height I like is great. It's sufficiently sturdy and easy to assemble.

Would be incredibly cautious of purchasing this product - the screws for where a sign is suppose to hold are impossible to remove and twist on. We had to literally take a wrench to it and it completely ruined and chipped the paint. Would not recommend.

This rock-solid tripod is made of square steel pieces which are VERY easy to assemble. The pieces to hold the display can be placed at three levels, so it's easy to display small to large panels. A chain holds the back leg at the proper distance. Matte black finish and heavy enough that it won't easily knock over like the lightweight aluminum ones. Leg length is not adjustable, just the locations for the support pieces. A solid tripod for a fair price.
