This spacer washer was installed on a headset of a 1987 Cannondale SR-500.This tightened up the assembly preventing the fork bearings from loosening up.Just what I needed.Where else would you find this?

This is what I got. Definitely isn't a lock washer. Very upset my son's been waiting to ride his bike for 2 weeks This is ridiculous. Update They did send me the correct part. But my son's been riding his bike for the last 3 days I fabricated a lock washer myself I'm kind of glad I did because the key on the washer is not very long at all. But hey, at least I got my part that I paid for.
