It doesn't look gaudy or contain an overkill bush guard protective appearance.

If you have Dynamic Radar, it will interfere with it. I couldn’t get the six bolts off as it looks like structural and may be an issue with integrity of the vehicle. The product is in a modular pieces so it will take a long while to install and may also affect its strength and it would be if made in one solid piece.

It was easy! You just need the right tools to put all the bolts. Make sure to read the instructions!Quality is not bad, i mean its 300$ ! If you want more tougher then go buy 1,500 bull bar!

I've done my research the product is contemporary and matches the lines of my 2015 4R. Others have mentioned to use 6 sided sockets and a flex head ratchet and they are right its a must, as the space to get to the bolts leave very little wiggle room reaching the crash bar. This is a 2-4 hr project depending how mechanically inclined you are. Unfortunately for me one of the bolts was stubborn and I had to take it in to get it removed so don't let anything stop you from completing the install. The product after install looks great! It is very solid and aggressive appearing, gaining 50 lbs of steel. The only tip I can give before installing the bull bar is to make sure to leave the supporting bracket arms loose or you will have a difficult time mounting. Good luck!

This does fit on the 2010 - 2012 Toyota 4Runner Limited with some cutting from the lower bumper(check the photos). I also noticed that the brackets had to be installed on the inside instead of the outside. It's very sturdy and the instructions were fairly easy to follow. It was a little difficult to get to the bumper bolts but that was the only difficult part. Great look too! I'll be installing a light bar and will update the review after that is done. Overall very pleased with the bull bar.

My wife wanted a bull bar on the front of her 2019 4Runner TRD off road premium. She also wanted red D-Rings because she thought they looked cool. This bull bar isn’t real heavy duty but it’s well made and should hold up fine for a visual appearance application. The bull bar doesn’t come with D-ring mounts so I sanded off the paint and welded on D-ring mounts to it. The Rustoleum spray on bedliner is an exact match to the bars factory finish so I used it to repaint the areas I sanded off for welding. I had to explain to the wife that the bar and the D-rings aren’t heavy duty enough to use as recovery points BUT her baby will never be taken off road anyways so it’ll work just fine. Overall, good value for the money spent. Installation isn’t difficult. You’ll definitely want a long handle flex head ratchet to get to the 3 bumper bolts as they’re kinda in an odd location to reach with anything else.

Packaged very good. Like really good. One of the questions I had was how does the light bar mount. Well thank goodness I waited. It uses the light bar where the mount screws into the side. So if you order a light get one where it mounts from the side. I’ll update after the installation. And I’ll get some pics uploaded as well. Going on a 19 4Runner Trd Off Road. UPDATE: installation is about 2 hours total by yourself. 6pt sockets are a must as was said in another review. If you order an led light like I did it needs the side mount, NOT the bottom post mount. Instructions are decent. If you have minimum mechanical ability it will make sense. If you don’t grab a ruler with MM on it to measure the bolts and nuts. Installer on a 2019 4Runner Trd Off-Road

Read the other reviews and couldn’t agree more. This bull bar looks great on my 2018 4Runner! It was easy to build and install, took about 2 hours total. I took the others’ advice, picked up a long handle flex head ratchet and used the 6 point sockets. Both are a must to get the factory bumper bolts out. Looking forward to enjoying it for many years!Update: This thing took a deer hit a couple of moths ago. Definitely protected the plastic front end of my 4Runner. And to my surprise, all I had to do was loosen the mounting bolts and realign it! And it still looks great!
