Grandissimo suono, ricco di bassi, preciso e potente, sensibile e con pochi overtones, meccanica precisissima con doppia regolazione della cordiera, cambio pelli veloce grazie al sistema del blocchetto, il cerchio non è forato ed il tirante è solo agganciato, basta svitare un poco il tirante per togliere il cerchio e la pelle.

Incredible sensitivity and build quality. I purchased this bc i am dissatisfied with the sensitivity (or lack of it) of my new Rogers Dynasonic snare. I have tried all the usual fixes but nothing really helped. I would have to play half way between the hoop and center of the head to get full snare sound. This baby is super- sensitive right out of the box. I can play a roll just half inch away from the hoop with full sound of the snares, while the ring is no greater than the Rogers. I had also tried the famous Ludwig LM402 next to this Tama and the Tama won hands down. Note that both the Ludwig and this Tama have aluminum shells. If you are a jazz or concert drummer you will love the virtues of this Tama Snare.
