I love the look of this fireplace. It's very modern and sleek. Great if you have silver or stainless steel finishes throughout your home or the area in which you are mounting. My only concern is that the corners are very sharp if you have young children around. I may look for something to put on the corners.

I had one of these for a couple years, and then, after about 2 years, stopped working. Would beep, but no flame. Ordered another wondering if that’s just how long they lasted. The one that arrived did the same thing. Beep, but no light. I ordered another, that one only beeped too, and the glass was broken with only minimal damage to the box. I’ve concluded after three tries, that this is a very poor quality product. If you’re lucky, it’ll last a few years before breaking, if not, won’t work from the start.

Modern, edgy look. Calming fire display. Pretty straightforward to install and mmm live the accessories such as the electrical cords cover !

We have this in our dining room and it looks very nice. It was easy to install, easy to use and pretty quiet. The heat does not come out as much as we expected but it does generate some. Overall we are pleased with the product and would recommend!

Arrived ahead of schedule and fireplace well protected in box. Installation on wall took about 1-hour, just followed instructions. Mounted in foyer on 100 year plaster and lathe walls with drywall anchors with bottom of fireplace at 60", as I have ten foot ceiling height. Everything worked when first plugged in with controls and remote easy to understand. Very happy with.
