I really like how easy it is to slid the spa over. And pull it back on over the tub.

I have a swim spa, double covers. Installed 4 units, more than able to handle the weight. Easy to slide and reinstall. Very happy with purchase. Though one of the units is tight and have to wiggle it to stow it back again, other than that, very solid product.

Bends, not suitable for a stable and therefore heavier cover.

We love this. So easy to instal and easy to use. Makes taking the hot tub lid off pretty simple.

These installed easily and work exactly as I hoped. So far, the plastic is durable and holds the cover great. Make sure you install into a structural part of your hot tub.

The mounting directions were easy to follow but lack important information. What is not stressed is that the mounting arms need screwed into a solid wood support. The covering around the spa does not have sufficient strength to support the brackets when the spa cover is rolled back. I had to remove the outer spa cover where the product was to be installed and add wood supports where the two brackets were to be screwed in. I failed to notice when ordering that the product is not made of metal but plastic. The plastic seems to be durable enough though.

This cover is great. Does what it says when installed properly and plastic is sturdy.

When I saw these I thought they were going to be the answer to my desire to have a folding support for my swim spa covers. Ultimately they do what they were designed to do. They hold up my covers. And they will fold down when not in use. The problem is because they are made of think plastic and not metal the channels that the support arm is supposed to fit in to end up warping inwards which makes is hard to put the support arm in. Also the ledge that the support arm locks in to seems smaller than it should be. I'm afraid that over time they might give way. Time will tell. Again, I like the design idea, I think they should have been aluminium.

The hot tub lifter is a great idea simple and effective, however over time the plastic starts sagging at the end, my cover rolled off the end just by the momentum of the weight. I recommend that they put some kind of support on the end or make the plastic sturdy

5 stars on easy to use daily on a swim spa. Had a handyman install so I cannot speak to installation but use is good. The arms retract down and you need to extend the arms in order to slide your swim spa cover over it. When the arms are horizontally positioned (extended out), from the outside flip the swim spa cover over so front half is on back half...then simply get into the swim spa...then push from the middle till the swim spa cover is flush with ceramic ends. Then reverse instructions. It works quite well. For ours, because the electrical was too close to swim spa we had to use this device on the left side. On the opposite side, we used easy cover lifters. Works great!

Not super fancy but this does the job! Our new hot tub didn’t come with a cover holder but this was super easy to install, and stores away when not in use, and is easy to set up and breakdown. Not the easiest but easy. The only knock I have is that the cover has a flap on the rim and it will get stuck on the end of the holder when recovering so you have to lift it a little on one end to clear the rim and start pushing it over onto the hot tub. Not a huge downer for me. Seems to be of quality. We live in East oregon and have used it 6 months now in 100°+ to 9° snow weather so far.
