Package was delivered partially open on top seal tape.And the handle w/ screws packet apparently found a way to escape.The seller immediately sent a new pack and we were able to install it with ease.

Wonderfully made pull down shelf . Great for cook book holder that is up out of work zone and can read cookbook, printed page or tablet. I have the knife pull down too. Thinking would be great for cutting board storage too. Real wood made by family business. Great upgrade for kitchen or gift for the cook in your life. Mother's Day, Father's Day or Birthday Gift.

There is a paper template that you tape to the underside of the cabinet, then drill your holes. Mount the shelve and all done
