Product arrived on time and packing was good. The instructions are worthless like all the reviews said but I figured it out. It did have a broken weld on the small cross brace at the top.

All parts were there and everything was like it should be. I was worried given the reviews but everything was good. Instructions could be a little more clear especially the orientation of the H bracket that connects to the ladder. Don't know if brackets face out or in. Tool bag needs some work. Other than that very sturdy and reliable

Instructions are horrible, does not fold without modifications or disassembly. Feels very weak. I'm 250lbs and It's wobbles quite a bit. Holes are completely off had to use a screw driver and pry bar to be able to install pins for height adjustment

I expected low quality for the price I paid but what I didn’t expect was it to not last the drive to my house bad quality it came in with the seat all torn up the hardware is awful worst I’ve ever used and I’m an auto tech I can’t even hand tighten them without it starting to strip so if you do get this product expect to reupholster the seat replace hardware and find a solution for the wheels that also rip out and fall apart you’d have better luck spending a little bit more but I’ve already built it up and I’ll see if it even lasts me a month pure garbage
