I've had a few creepers over the years, wood, steel, probably 5, starting in the late 70s. I have an automotive business, and a creeper is needed a few times a month so we can roll around under a vehicle doing things like wiring in a back up camera, or alarm wiring for sensors. I had high expectations for this creeper, good wheels, tilt-able headrest (neck strain can be tough sometimes!) and it looks good.As soon as I put it to use my disappointment began and continues to this day. I just need to buy a different one and get over this one!The wheels actually are too big for this creeper and they bind up against the padded rest portion. All the wheels rub. The release for the headrest rubbed really bad and bound up on the closest wheel until I bent it out of the way a bit. It's better-but still. I suspect someone designed a nice creeper then a different size wheel was substituted in production and this is what we have-a creeper that rubs and drags against the wheels. It's frustrating to get hung up on stuff on a creeper-parts, cords, hoses, and it seems even worse when the creeper gets hung up on itself and also tries to pinch fingers as you try to move around. Sheesh.

Very poor quality vinyl cover. Vinyl looks and feels more like a plastic grocery bag then actual vinyl. $40 creepers have much much better quality vinyl then this creeper. Buy a quality tool truck creeper or whiteside or just buy a $40 cheappy as it will be much better the this creeper. Also vinyl on mine was defective and see through in one spot. Chemical used in making vinyl stuck up my whole apartment and I had to put it under my covered patio till I returned it and it still smelled after 10 days.

Very well made and comfortable. The dip on the sides for arms and elbows was a great idea. Not sure about its longevity, but it looks like a long-time winner. Nice and heavy, which hopefully translates to long life.

When I first got this creeper, I generally liked it and thought it was well put together. Well, as someone who works on cars frequently, it did not take long for me to change my opinion. First, the adjustable headrest would slide on the hinges, no matter how much I tightened it, and the caster wheel adjacent to the tilt handle would hit it and bind up. Soon after, the rest of the casters started to wear out their bores and would rock sideways a bit, and end up dragging rather than rolling - and now they are tearing into the seat cushion. Lastly, the wheels have very little fender protection, so if you have any remotely loose clothing, the wheels will pinch your clothes as you roll and grab your arms. For reference, I am 6' tall/180 lb so very average and not an oversized person. This is the shortest lived creeper I have ever owned.

Comfortable creeper. Head rest adjustment is a bonus. Just beware the wheels are open enough to catch onto looser clothing while rolling around on the floor. Also, the open wheel design will transfer liquids on the floor to your clothes if not careful. Remember to check before getting back into the vehicle and oiling down the interior!

I think this is my first review on Amazon. I really wanted to like this product...it's comfortable, easy to put together, and the headrest is wonderful. After owning it for several months and using it a handful of times, I just can't get over the fact that I have received several bruise-worthy pinches from the wheels. It's possible that I didn't put it together right, as I'm the only person that seems to be having this problem, but when wheeling around while laying on it I've received some pretty significant pinches. It happens when the wheel moves and grabs my skin between it and the back board. Several of these have left bruises on my back (around where my lats are) and on my triceps. It's not like I'm an overweight guy either -- I am 6 feet tall and weigh 170lbs.Overall, I would definitely not buy this product again.***Update October 2016***I changed my original 2-star review to a 1-star review. I still have this horrid torture device, and it's only gotten worse. Now some of the casters are loose and I can't tighten them because the frame no longer keeps the base of the caster from turning. This means that the casters pinch me even MORE often than before.I've taken pretty good care of it, so the padded cover is still in pretty good shape. I even had people offer to buy it when I was selling something else and they saw it sitting there. But I wouldn't even sell this to my worst enemy -- it will be going straight in the trash once I find a new style to buy!

I bought this to replace a very old, uncomfortable, wooden Craftsman creeper from the early 1970s; this is a huge upgrade. I use it only occasionally to work on cars at home. The adjustable neck support works quite well and is pretty stable. The casters are large and sturdy enough that this creeper moves smoothly on my asphalt driveway or my cement garage. The frame is pretty sturdy and the coated cushion is easy to clean. I'm a pretty average sized guy and I find it to be just about the right size. I'm sure there are better creepers with more comfortably contoured cushions, and this might not withstand the rigors of constant use in a professional garage environment, but for the money this was a great buy.

After reading reviews on this and several other creepers, I decided on this one. I have only used it several times, but so far it is very comfortable, and rolls smoothly. It feels sturdy under my 300 lbs. Somebody else's review complained about the adjustable headrest. I haven't tried that yet, but otherwise I'd say this creeper is EXCELLENT!

I love this creeper. I am over 300 lbs and I thought it would poke me on the back of my arms and under my shoulder blades, but it did not. The dip in the frame is great for when you need to rest your arms, and it did not poke there either. I was able to lay just fine on the creeper and I have a 52" chest, it rolls fine on my cemented pebble driveway too. Low to the ground. The assembly was a breeze! Very comfortable! Would overly recommend. Very sturdy, not a cheapo.
