Extremely easy to install. No special tools required. Unit was very accessible. I watched a video on the process and was able to order the part right away. It arrived 2 days later and I replaced the part in less that 15 minutes.

This was a great replacement product to OEM."WAS WORKING GREAT".The original OEM was replaced due to corrosion.This regulator rectifier did work good but did not last. Less than 5hrs on this product.I should of waited for OEM replacement.I do not recommend this product. It can no longer regulate the voltage it goes over 16v and causes the electrical system to shut down on the ATV.

My 2008 arctic cat 700 efi had the voltage light flashing and voltage read 20+ volts. Installed this new one in about 5 minutes, and voltage now read 12ish when off, 14ish while running. Perfect numbers.

Worked great for a week on my 2007 Arctic Cat. Started blowing my main fuse. Went through 4 fuses before figuring out it was the new voltage regulator I had installed. Regulator is complete junk, fried in a week. Had to hook my old faulty one back up until I can get a quality part. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BREAK DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE!

Fixed our problem!!! The 4-wheeler would randomly say "volt" on the display and quit very soon thereafter. You could turn the key off, wait a second, turn it back on, and it would start. It had started doing this almost constantly. My husband checked out the machine, said it was the voltage regulator, and he was right :)
