This was the fourth ice maker to fail in four years. The design is just bad, it gets stuck in the harvesting cycle as the tray flexes. It's not necessarily this company's fault, I tried this brand after three Supplying Demand ones lasted between 6 and 18 months each, one replaced under warranty. This one lasted 14 months. Trying an OEM replacement next. Just go into it knowing you'll be spending $50-$75 a year on your ice maker.

Product worked great for first two weeks. Fit perfectly bur then stopped working two weeks in. Missed return window because of vacation trip if not I would defiantly return to get my money back! Save yourself time and money and don’t buy this product

My fridge and this ice maker are just poorly designed. This is my 3rd ice maker for this fridge in the last 10 years. But... this replacement is cheap and easy to install, so 5 stars.

Reasonable price, it fits, it works! It's difficult to pile platitudes on to an ice maker.I've taken the old ones apart - there is an internal switch that really shouldn't be operating in freezing temperatures - that's what fails. So, I've bought an extra one to have it on the shelf - They last a year or two.
