As a fitness enthusiast, I had high hopes for this waist twister, but it's a letdown. The "fitness benefits" are nonexistent—it feels flimsy and unstable, offering zero resistance for core engagement. Worst of all, the squeaking noise it makes with every twist is unbearable! My neighbors probably think I’m torturing a flock of seagulls. Avoid this if you want actual results or peace and quiet.
