Professional mariners don't use most of these tools, we use 2 navigation protractors (get the ones with the hole), 1 pair dividers, 1 Nautical slide rule (radar plotting) and a calculator (TI-30 is all you will ever need). The rest of this is filler, just buy those pieces separately and save your money for a couple of good books.
