It is perfect for my draft cross who needs a stronger bit. The metal is very nice, no sharp edges or damaged parts. The packaging was questionable as it was scratched and had several holes. It definitely needs a curb chain but other than that it is perfect.

Both of my horses do well in this bit. It is made of good material and I've had no issues with rust.
