Not only do these look great but the customer service is excellent. Upon opening the box I found that the bolt plates were missing. It was Saturday and Westin was closed so I sent an email and first thing Monday I was contacted by Richard Gomez in customer service. He asked me to send him my proof of purchase containing the part number of the boards so he could have the correct parts sent to me. Imagine my surprise when I got home Tuesday and found a next day air box on my doorstep with all the parts I needed. This company is a real class act. I will definitely use them in the future.

I ordered these and the brackets that the Westin web site said would fit my Acadia and they do not. I called Westin and they said they actually do not have any that fit the Acadia Denali even though the web site says they do. They came in a box that was shreds. I hope I can ship them back in the box. Waste of time.

I already have a set of these Side Bars on my 2013 GMC Sierra 2500HD. They look great and were not hard to install. I liked them so much I just purchased and installed the same on my wife's new GMC Sierra 1500 4X4. It makes entering/exiting so much easier and really adds to the appearance of both vehicles.I opted to go the wider 6" oval bars as it does make a difference in wet weather.Westin makes excellent products and I would recommend them to anyone.One item: Those who have written bad reviews based upon the fact they did not know they had to purchase mounting hardware separately really do need to READ the product description. I have been guilty of this too. You must order hardware based upon your vehicle make/model, not one size fits all. If you find such an item, I recommend you pass it up.

The steps look nice on my 2011 Silverado.but no where in product description does it mention mounting hard ware is not included. When you order these you are prompted to answer a half dozen guestions about your truck. Make ,model extended cab ,crew cab, ect. Then tells you if this product will or will not fit your truck. So who would of thought the hard ware would not be included! So be prepared to shell another $120.00 bucks for brackets. After shelling out $300 plus for the steps.The steps were easy enough to in stall. But the $120.00 brackets were pure Chinese junk! There were only 2 per side. These steps definitly need 3 per side. There is a 3 and a half foot cantilever at the rear door. So when you put your weight on the step. It makes for a lot of flex. This product looks nice . But in no way shape or form with all this flex makes for a quality product.I weigh about 170 lbs. and dont like the amount of flex. I would not buy this product again . Or recommended to a friend. After investing over $400 bucks .You would think it would be decent quality. STAY AWAY!!!!!
