Maybe if you're 5 years old you can better understand the instructions since I'm betting a 5 year old wrote them. Finally installed and only after installing did I remove the "protective" wrapping to find out the step has a big dent. Do not buy

I replaced my old rusted Westin steps with these. Hardest part was removing rusted bolts. I reused my brackets which made installation faster.

Concern is how well will hold up to elements. Know someone who did not recommend due to quick to rust. Am hoping that issue is solved and they look great for years to come.

Fits great, glad I ordered same make and model as the truck came with. These mount with a heavy duty bracket that is sandwiched in the cab body mounts not the easiest to install without help.

Got these for my husband's truck. I love the ease of getting into his truck now (I think he does too!). They look great, however 1 of them was slightly dented when we received them. Didn't feel it was worth the trouble of returning them.

I installed these on a 2008 1500 Quad Cab 2wd. Between a video I found on Youtube and the included instructions I was able to figure out the correct setup for the mounting brackets. The instructions from westin were pretty poor and had some incorrect information in them. Like most people it took me a good hour to install the first side(including rereading the instructions and watching the video multiple time) and then 15 minutes for the second. Overall pretty happy with the actual product once installed.
