I have used these for many years in a commercial painting and residential setting. I'm 5'7" so these make it easy to reach an 8' ceiling without a ladder and a paint pan on the floor without bending a lot. Using the Whizz brand rollers will also pay for themselves as they don't shed as much as the cheap ones.

These are hard to find! For some reason, the paint stores in my area only carry the 6-inch rollers with the long handles. But these are awesome for getting into high corners and tight spots. They make painting so much easier!! I had to dock one star though. I feel like the rubberized handle was a poor choice because it is impossible to scrape dried paint off the handle. I mean, at the end of the day, it's really not a huge deal. But plastic handles are much easier to get clean.
