My wife loves this sissy bar cushion way more than the smaller cushion we originally had on our motorcycle. This cushion is easily twice as wide as the other one and definitely more cushioned. This backrest cushion comes with a mounting plate and hardware already attached.I didn't have to use the provided mounting plate for our motorcycle. The bolt holes on the back of the cushion lined up very well with the existing sissy bar seat mounting holes. I didn't need to change anything for our motorcycle to install it. I personally tested it out by sitting on the back seat and it feels more comfortable than the original back cushion for sure.My wife did tell me it feels way better than the last one and she also felt more secure on the motorcycle with its wider design. All-in-all it has been a successful upgrade to our motorcycle and it does look way better than the other cushion we had. 5 stars.

A few years ago the passenger backrest on my motorcycle fell off after I hit a bump, never to be seen again. Ever since my passengers have had the rear bar digging into their back which can be rather uncomfortable. This backrest fixes that, and us actually much more comfortable than my original one. It was very easy to install, and it looks decent. If you look closely at the craftsmanship of it some of the stitching isn't that great, with the thread kind of ripping through the material In places on the back side. And I don't know how long those are going to hold up. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.
