Overall, the quality of this bow is pretty good, however, the functionality is lacking.Usability:As you drag the bow across the strings it bounces ever so slightly and no matter how much I adjusted the tension, I still had this issue. Another issue here is that the hair just isn’t tight enough at all. When I tighten the bow to where I typically do with other bows (about a pencil width between the hair and wood) the bow falls on the hair and hits the strings. This forces you to tighten the hair far beyond what you would typically want to and results in a tremendous amount of bounce on the strings. Additionally, the bow just feels too heavy and this really reflects in your playing.Materials and Build:As you can see from the photos, the bow is absolutely beautiful to look at! I’m not sure if the wood used is truly what the company says it is, but the bow certainly is very visually appealing. Unfortunately, appearance doesn’t determine sound quality or usability.Summary:I really wanted to love this bow due to its unique design, but I just couldn’t get over how unpleasant it is to play with. If you’re looking for a bow just for show, this is a great option. If you want a bow that produces great sound and isn’t a hassle to play with, I would look elsewhere.

Il manque un peux de légèreté, c'est tout de même un très bon archet. Je vais essayer les nouveaux en fibre de carbone chez le même vendeur. Qui est très à l'écoute de ses clients.
