I’ve been using this flash with my Nikon and it’s been a solid addition to my kit. It’s super compact and feels really well built for the price—definitely doesn’t feel cheap. I love that it charges with USB-C and holds a charge pretty well; I’ve gotten through multiple outings without needing to recharge. The light output is strong enough for indoor portraits or fill light outside, though since it’s fully manual, you have to adjust your camera settings to avoid overexposure. It doesn’t support TTL or automatic syncing, so it takes a bit of trial and error at first, but once you dial it in, it works great. The only thing is that with larger lenses, the flash can throw a bit of a shadow, so it’s best with smaller lenses or if you’re okay adjusting angles. Overall, it’s been super handy to keep in my bag for quick shots without lugging around a big flash.Lo he estado usando con mi Nikon y ha sido una buena adición a mi equipo. La luz es lo suficientemente fuerte para retratos en interiores o como luz de relleno afuera, aunque como es totalmente manual, tienes que ajustar los parámetros de la cámara para evitar sobreexposición. No tiene TTL ni sincronización automática, así que al principio toca probar varias veces, pero una vez que lo ajustas, funciona muy bien. Lo único es que con lentes grandes puede generar algo de sombra, así que es mejor usarlo con lentes más pequeños o moviendo el ángulo. En general, me ha sido muy útil tenerlo en la bolsa para fotos rápidas sin cargar un flash grande.

This is a great manual light option for when I don't want to lug around my massive ring light but I want extra light to take macro shots with my 105mm. The ring light serves its purpose, and I am already used to using that in manual mode and have already experimented with my settings so it wasn't a big learning curve when setting my power and levels with this mini flash. However, if you aren't used to adapting manual flash settings, then you might have a bad time with this product, and if you don't have patience then I would pass on this item altogether. You should have a great understanding of how to use your manual settings in your camera to get full functionality out of this because without any TTL or brand specific sync, you're essentially trial-and-erroring this flash, unless you've already got an idea of what you're doing. Recommended for macro shooting if you already know what you're doing or if you have the patience to dial in your manual settings.

Man... I really wanted to like this. It does work, simply attach it and take a picture and for the most part it does fire the flash but it doesn't actually sync to the camera, it's got one contact pin. Any camera I put it on, had no clue a flash was attached. You could not sync the flash to the camera, and any shots faster then 1/200 would capture before the flash could go off. I had to use really slow shutter speeds to get good photos from this, it takes a lot of trial and error to get anything usable. Having now looked into other flashes like these, for the same price I could of gotten one that worked with my camera and that's my fault. I only recommend this if you don't have access to anything else, and a upgrade to this would of been the inclusion of a windsock attachment so that if I have to use this instead of my sock for my zve10, I'd of liked to see some sock attachment that would mount to this to still provide wind blocking function while still giving me a flash.It fit my zve10 in a small rig cage, could of been a hair taller but it does work with the camera installed in the cage.
