Original cable had become stretched too far and made it hard to start the mower and keep it running, had to rig up tie wraps to put a temporary bandaid on the problem. Impossible to tell the difference from the OEM version, well constructed from quality materials at half the cost. An easy five minute install and the deadman start/runhandle works like new again. Do verify the cable part number against the manufacturer part number on the Ariens website, you will need your mower model number and serial number from the tag on the deck to properly check on the website.
