This tool is so easy to use. We just received it yesterday and it already cut our time in half! It does all the work you just put the rivet nut on, insert, and pull the trigger.

Kit I purchased didn't come with #10 set up. Ordered the 10-32 mandrels but didn't come with nose piece. Now I've been trying for 2 1/2 weeks trying to reach service, including upwood site, and can't get any info on parts ordering. Even owner's manual is useless. Too bad because tool seems to be good choice but not worth the frustration. Will be returning.

Information given in the manual is totally confusing. Especially when items called out has a incorrect part number (91).

The first one spins uncontrollably despite air pressure or trigger. Replaced with identical item, the second one also spins uncontrollably plus the air inlet is oversized and won’t lock with the hose’s coupler.The so called tech support is by someone in Amazon who’s never seen the product and suggests to “check the battery “No way to contact seller. Must be Chinese crap.

Spins continuously upon connection to compressed air hose. Trigger does not move.Included instructions and online content offer no solution. Perhaps a bad unit? Returned.Printed Fault Diagnosis instructions give the following “Cause” and “Solution” pairs for “Pull rod rotates continuously”Cause 1: “Gas vent of End cover(131) blocked”. The tool is great, I needed something that can do stainless steel rivnuts and this does it with ease.The only issue I have is I need to order more M8 mandrels. There is M6 and M10 available to purchase but no M8's and I can't figure out how to get in contact with them to figure out how to get more.If I can figure out how to get M8's it would be a 5 star tool.Update, I'm changing my review to a five star because the UpWood did reach out to me and I was able to get some of the M8 mandrels direct through them. They ended up taking good care of me.Thank you UpWood.
