I like that I can grab them and shake without slipping my fingers into a handle. Very lightweight, small but the right size and the screen sizes are perfect for dusting with flour, cocoa or powdered sugar. Can’t believe I’ve been baking for almost 60 years and never got a shaker for my own kitchen. My grandmother had one plus all the other tools of the trade!

I purchased these because they were the perfect size I was looking for. However, the screw tops don't stay tight and when you lift off the plastic covers, the entire top comes off. Just cheaply made.

I use it to dust my sourdough bread with brown rice flour before baking. It's the right size and works perfect. The top screws on and off easily, and I like having the plastic cap.

I use them for powdered sugar and to shake sweet chocolate on top of my cappuccino or latte. Good size...not too big, gives very fine coverage.

I fill one with AP flour to lightly dust my work surface when working dough on a bench; the other has rice flour to dust bannetons. In both uses they provide a very light and even layer of flour.
