This telescoping ladder has held up really well for me over the years. I'm very pleased with it as a handy tool. If you use it within it's understandable limits then I think you'll be satisfied. Only disappointment is the velcro strap is low quality, but other than that I'm very happy with it.

This 20ft telescoping ladder is well made. I personally would only use it for light duty like painting, gutter cleaning or accessing a roof. It say 300lbs max load but I wouldn't max this ladder out on a daily basis.

This may extend to 20 feet but there’s no way you can use it. It bends and shakes and will not hold anyone over 150lbs. Do not buy. It also collapsed while I was half way up. This has also smashed my hand while trying to fold it down. Plus you have to pay for shipping to return it when you realize it’s a death trap

I've been using this latter for about a month now so far it has held up very well. If I had anything bad to say it's a little heavier than I expected but I don't think I would want it any less because I don't think it would hold up as well as it has. The price at the time I purchased was the lowest I could find for a latter of its length. I would highly recommend this latter to anyone who needs one.
