Worked perfect for my 2015 ram 2500. Was a plug and play install. I used a 2in holesaw to put a hole in the truck bed.

Has bad pin crimping on ground side had to wiggle it every few hours. Finally had to pull over and remove it and install connector in plug fifthwheel in factory bumper hitch plugs. Loosing all connection including lighting was no good during nigh driving.

Hooked everything up as it’s a plug and play unit. Punched a hole in my box. Mounted as specified. 2016 f350 and nothing works. Checked and fuses are good.I Unplugged it, hooked to factory plug, and everything works fine. Now I have this junk mounted in my truck. Hole in my box and a worthless plug.

Looks to be well made and functions as intended.I don't know if the instructions mentioned the face that you need to drop the spare tire all the way or not, but that is definitely needed! Also, if you don't have a sharp hole saw for metal, buy one and you'll be happy you did.
