I bought this in October and it is broke. I tried contacting customer service and I have received nothing. The gear keeps slipping off whether it's regular popcorn or kettle corn. Obviously crappy brand and it's too late to return it. So now I have to buy a new one..I will be picking a different company

All our pans are stainless steel. We understand how to cook with stainless steel. We understand how to clean it. Is pan scorches every time, burns food and never comes clean. I would’ve returned it but I thought I had a 60 day window. Apparently was only a 30 day window. This pan is horrible to use, and it doesn’t pop popcorn well at all. It’s terrible. I e used this style for years and it is not consistent with what I have experienced before. Avoid at all costs.

A few years ago I made the mistake of purchasing a similar product that turned out to be aluminum.This popcorn popper is so well made. Stainless Steel!And works perfectly on my induction stove.

There is lots to like about this popper: the size, the weight, how easy it is to turn the handle... except when you can't turn the handle because these little screws that hold the handle in place come apart and the handle falls off and this happens all the time!!!The handle just won't stay attached. These little screws fall into our popcorn, fall into the sink when we're washing the popper, fall on to the floor when we pick up the popper by the handle. They come off in the middle of making popcorn which means we can't continue to make popcorn! It's so, so frustrating! Makes me want to cry. This popper would be perfect if the handle were attached some other way or if these little screws stayed together and didn't separate every time I use the popcorn maker. Sigh.

Ordered June 10th, on July 15th, broken. Seller said if I could send it back to do so. No spare parts available. It's been more than 30 days (barely) and it's going in the trash. I bought the more extensive stainless steel version. What a rip off. I don't recommend the seller not the product

Quite honestly, I went to Google to find out what to use to make popcorn on a convection top. Cast iron is what we usually cook with, but it didn't work for popcorn. I have an aluminum version of this product, but it doesn't work on a convection top, so I decided to try the stainless steel version. It works great! It's quicker than microwave popcorn, of which I am not a fan anyway.This model does require a tiny bit of assembly, but it's pretty easy; I'd say less than 5 minutes. The only design flaw is the little screw that hold the handle on. You have to really tighten it securely, or it will fall into your popcorn.Overall, it's a great product. I would definitely recommend it, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one. It would likely be as a gift for someone else, as this product is very durable. We eat a lot of popcorn. The aluminum version held up extremely well. We only replaced it with this one because we needed compatibility with our convection top. This popcorn popper did NOT disappoint. We are very happy with it.
