Good built quality but somehow, it's very loose when attach to my Fuji xe1. Subpar image quality. Pretty good for taking close up pet or flower pictures thought. But for landscaping pictures, it's only good for casual use.

Lens is very well built, metal, smooth rings and nice optics. It brings artisticly looking results, good natural colours. Bokeh is really good (I let bokeh experts nag about something not really as creamy as expected :)) I am happy with the result it delivers on a 24MP cropped sensor. And I’ve been a professional for over 12 years. Let’s admit that this lens is not for high end detailed and enormously scalable mind blowing prints or billboards. On the other hand how many of them would chase a lens in this price category? So, to summ-up, it is a great lens for my needs. And, yes, it’s not crazy sharp, but on the other hand, who will inspect your picture with a magnifying glass? ;)

Cet objectif mode manuel est un peu lourd, mais il est très satisfaisant. Je fais en principe des photos au format raw, et lerésultat est très bon. Je le conseil . Rapide en réglage. Mise au point ok .

I recently caught the bug to do manual focusing and since I had really good experience with other 7artisans lenses, I gave this a try and its great. I try not to get caught up with looking at every little pixel on lenses, just general pleasing results and this delivers for me. There are a lot of great YouTube reviews on this and other lenses from this manufacturer, so no sense in me providing a less qualified technical review LOL. So all in all, fun lens for me. Your goals and usage may be very different.

I wanted a focal length of 35mm on a prime lens. I shot this on a Sony A6000 APSC. Everything is manual. It’s a no frills lens that takes great pictures. I would buy it again if I had to. It’s not super sharp and def not pro but I seen pros work with less and achieve great photos. The cap is a little sketchy but I don’t mind it. I’d say buy it if you want a lens to shoot with every day but the kit lens is better and sharper. I got it because I wanted a prime for street photography but I wasn’t going to pay hundreds of dollars on a new lens. Cheap and takes great photos.

The Len's is solid I build quality and made from all metal construction, however tried it on my Panasonic gx7 and their is a little movement.ZNot tried it out properly but my opinion is regarding the price I personally don't think it is worth the money.

Me encantó la óptica, es excelente. El único "pero" es que no tiene los sensores para el auto focus y hay que enfocar manualmente lo que para foto urbana lo hace mas complicado.
