In trouble shooting my WH I installed this and it would not stay lit. I swapped the original control board back in and it worked fine. Maybe a bad board? or just not compatible w/Dometic WH6GEA.

Does not work with a Dometic WH6GEA water heater . The board is not exactly the same . Like most comments its starts ignition but does not hold the flame . Had to buy an original OEM at 350 CDN$ At least Amazon took it back and refund me .

Work as promised. Easy install on my Dometic 6gal GC6AA-10. I would highly recommend it if this is your issue. The problem is not always the control board. Mine was, problem fixed.

Our hot water tank would only work on propane in our camper. Replaced this and now it works on electric! Great price and easy replacement.

I ordered this control board for my Dometic RV water heater to replace the bad one on my 2022 Jayco. Price was good. Made in China, as was the original one I removed. After installing it, took about 2 minutes, I turned on the water heater. It did fire right up, but the ignighter kept trying to light, it was lit. After about 10 seconds, it shut down the gas valve. I then thought I had an ignighter failed. After 5 days, I received a new ignighter, installed it, and turned on the water heater again with the same result. I then returned the control board to Amazon for a replacement. After receiving the new, new one, I installed it and had the same result. I was not happy! I went to my RV dealership, purchased another board. Looked identical to the Amazon purchased ones. Also made in China. The price was $291.99, verses the $60 Amazon purchases. But problem was resolved with this one. Then returned the second one to Amazon. Not worth the trouble to try and save over $200 . Get the good one, do not buy these from Amazon

Now I need to get the right one.My fault.Semi works but missing several features.I don't like the size of the fuse or it's location.It's now behind the wiring making it near impossible to check for continuity or to replace.

The POS product sent me on and expensive goose chase. I replaced the gas valve all the sensors still not working. I replaced the board with a know good board and the burner fired right up. What a pain in the ass.
