It's not bad, but I donno what they were thinking with the screws they included. Do yourself a favor and definately seek out some other screws for sure, other than that its ok.

Active Bass Guitar Pickup 9V 6F22 Battery Boxs/Holder/Case/Compartment Cover With Metal Contacts Spring (EQ07)seems basically fine. fits a 9 volt fine. there is a case within the case. so you dont have to fiddle with a 9-volt wired connection. you open the door and the 9-volt slides out within a cartridge. this is a good idea. check where you plan to put this as it requires a deep mortise. the biggest issue is the face plate has holes that have a v-contour, typically this is mated with a screw that has a matching v-contoured head. the drawing shows this screw. the picture within the same drawing shows the wrong screw. this is a mistake. a shouldered screw provides the benefit of making it less likely you will over torque and crackt he face plate but the screw head stands pround. the screws that should have been included would sit flush in the face plate. its a small detail, but it matters. especially if you are going thru the toruble of upgrading or building your guitar/ bass.
