Lots of stretch and the tube makes it very easy to use.

It really does hold the liver in place. Very simple to wrap the bait and break off the thread.Changes the whole game of using fragile bait.

Use this to hold chicken liver on circle hook for catfish. It took a few tries at first, but got the hang of it. Works great with long or short cast. At first, tried a simple wrap around the bait and it didn't work great. I was trying to save string. Then moved on to using a loop method and used more wrap around bait at beginning of wrap overlapping string and at the end of the wrap using loop method.

This worked perfectly for me. Use it to keep liver on a hook, it is very soft. This keeps it on for multiple casts, and you can give some umph when casting to get better distance without the bait flying off.Used several times and definitely doesn't bother the fish. Like another reviewer said it takes more than a few wraps but even with liver slime I am impressed with how well it holds the bait, even after a snag the bait will hang on.

This stuff is okay. It's not the miracle product everyone else seems to be making it out as. It doesn't stick to itself like saran wrap or anything but at the same time, you don't have to tie a knot to get it to stay. You do have to wrap it around whatever bait you're using a lot and not only the few times people claim before it'll hold your bait. Fish will still come and take some of your bait such as shrimp even if you use this stuff. It lasts a few casts rather than only possibly one or two when using stuff that comes off easy.I'm still on the wall about this stuff, but the hassle that it seems to get this stuff to stay on might not be worth it.
