Amazing door. Used this for over a month with no issues what so ever! I keep the track clear and raised it slightly to try to keep it from collecting any debris . I tried other doors that were horrible and didn’t work out the package or for very long. You receive quality door for half the price of their competitors.

I as bad as I wanted this item to work... Failure!I returned the first door and requested a replacement. Much to my dismay, the second unit failed as well. Both would fail to open/close randomly or partially perform either or. Giving another brand a try, I'll review the next maker!

This is reliable on the daylight to dark settings. I have not tried to time program it yet.One thing I don’t understand. On daylight setting when I use the remote to close the door, after about 30 seconds it opens again. I guess because it’s not dark enough outside for the dusk setting.The remote has a really good range from my back door to the coop back by my property line.I love the solar charging function.Good value for the price

UPDATE: Closing was an issue after a few days but we figured out it was dirt clogging the track. Now it doesn't work at all. Customer service reached out right away to replace the faulty door. Great customer supportinstallation was super easy and our chickens had no issues using the new smaller opening as opposed to the whole human sized door being opened each day. We've had some issues with raccoons and snakes getting into the coop and we are excited to use this new door to keep them out! We don't always remember to shut the door at night so this could be a lifesaver.
