Black Diamond Spot 350 Headlamp
For midweek dawn patrols, all-night approaches, or just big climbing objectives that push beyond daylight, the Black Diamond Spot 350 has 350 lumens of power, now housed in a smaller, more efficient design. With a new, compact body, the Spot 350 has been redesigned with a lower profile for better balance and is more ergonomic for added comfort. We have also updated the user interface by adding a second switch for easy lens mode selection. In addition, the updated optical efficiency not only provides brighter light with more peak intensity, but also saves battery life that you can now easily track with a six-setting, three-LED battery meter. The Spot 350 also offers peripheral lighting for close-range activities like sorting gear, cooking, or reading in camp and it sports an IPX8 waterproof housing. The Brightness Memory feature allows you to turn the light on and off at a chosen brightness without reverting back to a default setting.

Sturdy and gives off a bright light. Several light functions including a red light. My son recommended this and it was a good purchase. Use it daily when I walk early in the mornings. Battery life could be a little better.

Received this headlamp as a Christmas gift in 2021 and I have used this headlamp every day since then, for 3 years now, feeding livestock in the dark, rain, snow,, or shine, usually with the brightness adjusted to a very low level making the batteries last for months; really appreciate the lock feature keeping it from accidentally turning on when it's stored in my chore coat pocket or in my backpack on a hike.

Everyone pretty knows the need for a flashlight in any camping, emergency or EDC kit. Equally important along with a handheld flashlight is a Headlamp. There are times you just need your hands free. This Diamond headlamp is very inexpensive and is a solid performer. There many instances where you may not be able to recharge your light so it's easy to carry spare AAA batteries. Diamond certainly isn't the only headlamp manufacturer, but they're one of the best and have been around a long time.

I can't say enough good things about the BLACK DIAMOND Spot 350 LED Headlamp! As someone who has owned several headlamps over the years, I can confidently say that Black Diamond is the absolute best in the business. This particular model has truly impressed me with its performance.I recently took it on a 100-mile paddle trek through the Minnesota Boundary Waters, and it performed beautifully in every condition. The headlamp is incredibly durable and withstood all the elements without a hitch. I was especially pleased with how well it handled both wet conditions and varying temperatures—it's definitely built to last!The battery life is exceptional; I’ve gotten hours and hours of use without needing to change the batteries. All I need is a simple white/red headlamp with a decent amount of range and lumens, and this does all of that. The build quality seems to be much better than what I have seen previously in headlamps priced around $5, sold in packs of 3 at big box stores. The headband is pretty high quality and it's comfortable. The battery power meter feature is nice; I'm not sure the power remaining indicator is completely reliable with NiMH rechargeables, but when it's down to one blue light, the batteries still work--although just barely.The point of failure that I have had with previous headlamps is that the click-adjustable tilt up/down capability eventually stops holding the light at various angles, and it just flops down immediately. This Black Diamond model seems stronger in that respect; we'll see how it goes long-term.

I love using this headlamp, it is my go to for many situations. I have used it multiple times camping with friends, doing repairs on my truck, I always bring it with me into the field with the Military. The dim feature/ being able to keep it on a certain setting no matter how many times you turn it on or off is great, unlike other veranda where you have to cycle through them everytime you turn on the headlamp. I have bought 3 of these and will continue to get these. Awesome headlamp to have.
