This item just died 3 months after getting it. Brussels bonsai custome support hardly listened to me and seemed annoyed I called. They kept telling me how bad Amazon was and that since I bought through Amazon you get a 30 day warranty only and that I would revive no consideration on the 85 dollar tree even though I have purchased 12 trees from them. They said if I had bought direct I would have gotten better service from them. I will buy no more trees from them….Thanks for nothing Brussels Bonsai….Chinese elm just died, maybe I should just donate my money

We were gifted a smaller Dwarf Jade bonsai from this company a month ago, we were so pleased with the quality that I ordered this larger dwarf jade bonsai. Very, very disappointed - mutiple broken stems, crushed leaves, losing a lot of leaves, and it has yet to start sprouting new leaves.The first tree is perfect, this second tree not so good and it cost almost double the price.
