Nice lock with great functionality. The finger print reader could be a little better and the number easier to activate. Other than that it does the job.

This was very easy to install and no different than a regular door knob. The instructions to assign a code or assign a key fob were straight for and simple. The only downside is the fingerprint reader seems very finicky. I'm not sure if we're not putting our finger in the exact same spot every time or what but the majority of the time it doesn't match our fingerprints. Not sure if this is our error or a poor reader on the unit. The number fob is nice and we will continue to use it.

I installed this doorknob smartlock a week ago. So far, I love it! It was easy to install, easy to set up, and easy to navigate the app to use all its features. The first day we installed it, we happened to need to use it for a maintenance person to stop by when we weren’t going to be home and it was great! I was able to make a specific passcode for him and set it to be valid just for the window of time he would be there. I got a notification when he unlocked it with that passcode and was able to check afterwards to be sure it was locked after he left. The only thing I'm worried about is the battery life. I may not have used the best ones, but after a week, the battery life is already down to 90%. (Although I love that it's able to show me that so we know when we will need to replace!) If they don't last, I will be sure to use higher quality batteries next time. This product will be great when we start to air bnb our home!

First of all, the product was extremely easy to install (unlike uninstalling our old door lock) with very detailed and easy to understand instructions. Setting up the door lock via the app was just as easy. I love how there’s tons of functionality to it with multiple ways to unlock and remote unlocking via the app. It works flawlessly, except every once in a while I have to scan my fingerprint a second time to unlock the door.

Product works great and has a lot of options for entering the home. Number lock, key cards, or a physical key.Easy to send someone a one-time code as well. We especially like "passage" mode when bringing in groceries or having to keep the door unlocked for long periods of time.We installed one on the front and back door and no issues so far.Only con would be there are no securing screws on the top part of the device to keep it extra tight on the door.Overall highly recommend for a smart lock.

This is my 3rd different lock of this type. The previous 2 I purchased from home Depot. They were garbage. I ordered this from amazon due to the reviews.Pros: surprisingly solid construction. Good customer support. Works as intended. App is decent and it has a lot of controls to mess with.Cons: had slight fit issues, but I was able to force it where needed. The strike plate doesn't match the finish (it's chrome where as the rest was black). You need another accessory to remotely control it from the app or to control from Google. (Without it you can only control it via Bluetooth)Overall I highly recommend this, it has been my favorite so far.

I managed to install this lock with no issues whatsoever. All you need is a screwdriver. The instructions are clear enough and they include illustrations. The fingerprint reader works fine. I'm very happy with this lock because finally after years of suffering I don't get the "I-forgot-my-keys-and-you-have-to-wake-up" scenario.
