After Trying 7 different Scopes I ended up buying this one. Here are the reasons. 1. You can see at low light levals better then the rest of the scopes. 2) The clearity is far suprior. Using the Zoom in conjuction with the range adjustment allows for a perfect focus at the target range with a perfect shot.

Mounted on a 22mag Savage. It's not a high end scope but seems to track well. Sighted in easily and is pretty clear. I prefer the side focus as it's easier to see. The magnification is nice compared to say a 3x9, could easily see 22cal bullet holes out to 100 yds no problem. The front focus needs to be set at correct yardage or it's little blurry. More noticable than a little higher end scopes. The caps are junk I just tossed them. Not sure how fog resistant it is. Not so important for this particular application and I will likely never find out. It will get the job done and works if on a budget. If you have an extra 50$ a vortex, Burris or higher end Bushnell will likely be a bit nicer. Overall good budget scope with decent magnification.

My eyes are getting a little worse every year, so I finally had to step up to an AO scope. I wear glasses, and it got to the point to where I couldn't see the reticle and the background clearly simultaneously, so I had to do something. This scope has cured all those problems. This one is worth every penny that I paid.Sharp, clear, and adjustable. The yardage adjustments are about spot-on, and even though the relief isn't as long as I like, it is plenty adequate to keep me from getting stitches.I recommend if life is catching up to your eyesight! I also highly recommend if you just want to take parallax out of the equation of your shots.

Great scope for the money, especially with my poor eyes. I have to take off my glasses to see through most scopes but this has the additional adjustment so I can actually see with my glasses on. I need this for all my rifles!

I put this on a Rem. 7mm08 hunting rifle and zeroed it in. So far, it has held the zero. This is the second Bushnell Banner Dusk to Dawn scope that I own. The other one has been on a 45/70 and currently resides on a 50 cal. muzzleloader. It has always held its zero once sighted in. These are good sound basic no frills hunting scopes and are a great value for their costs.

I mounted this 4-12x scope on a Umarex breakbarrel .177 caliber Nitrogen Spring pellet rifle I use to get ingredients for my famous Squirrel Chili. I got it sighted in at 30m and it worked great with no detectable image distortion. I used it for about 100 rds of practice. After putting the rifle on the table to clean it, I accidentally brushed the rifle as I walked by and it fell off of the table. I turned as I heard the heavy gun slide off the table but was too far away to stop the inevitable. And then, as incredulous as it sounds, I watched as the new Bushnell scope, somehow sensing the potential for damage to the tool I use to put dinner on the table for my family, immediately twisted that rifle in midair such that it's own Elevation Knob Cover and Objective Lens took the impact with the tile floor, sparing the rifle any damage. I never would have imagined that a scope, so newly freed from it's box and given the opportunity to be fulfilled in its optical-magnifying purpose for only so short a time, would choose to sacrifice itself in such an act of unmitigated naked altruism. Such a completely selfless offering was certainly unexpected, but very much appreciated. *doffs cap* God Be Wi' Ye Where e're Ye Are, Bushnell 614124 Banner Dusk & Dawn Multi-X Reticle Adjustable Objective Riflescope, 4-12X 40mm. Yours was a passing worthy of legend.I'll buy another one shortly.

This is a great scope for a .22 or bigger rifle. Dead on at 80yards with my .22 lr, great clear view picture, no blurring even at highest magnification. Holds 0. Sighted in a year ago and I know when I pick up my rifle I will hit what I aim at. I trust Bushnell for a budget brand.

I bought the 4-12 x 40 Multi X. Good clarity. For the price, Bushnell Banner can't be beat.

Amazing scope. It's on a 308 savage. Very clear and bright. I can stay in my stand at least 10 minutes more then the scope I had on before. And it payed off with a beautiful 10 point buck

Ok, I got a Ruger American Rifle in 308 that cost me $333, and its turned out to be a EXCELLENT rifle for the cost, so, I wanted to get an inexpensive scope that could handle the pairing, but still be usable, and cost the purchaser sub 450 dollars.Yes, it is possible to be inexpensive but still be functional and accurate. Got this scope yesterday, got it mounted, and today I did the 10 yard, get it on paper preliminary sight in. Hit about one inch to the right, dead center up and down, close enough I am ready to take it to 50 yards for the next adjustment.Thoughts, its heavy, its damned well built, made in Korea, not China, optics are IMPRESSIVE for a 97 dollar scope, once you set the distance you are sighting on the adjustable objective, and use the quick adjust rear dial, the target looks good at distance or up close, at 12X a target 100 plus yards away, was clear and easily visible, I was sighting on some small road signs at 12X approximately 200 yards away, and the letters and numbers were clear and visible.I can't comment on durability, yet, but based on first sight, and first firing observations, this is truly a remarkable value for a scope for your rifle. Its so cheap, its feasible from a 22 up to a large hunting rifle. One other note for you "american snipers" the adjustment knobs while hidden, can be reset to zero, once the scope is sighted in, IE, if you want to dial in 500 yard shots, you can go from 0 to say, 15, and back, without losing your base zero, when you take a closer shot, same with windage.Thats a pretty "Military feature" for a civi scope, and nice if you do want to reach out and touch someone at 1000 yards.
