This was the Hardest part of the job to get on it was tight but after struggling it went in and sealed up the bell-housing hole. Its Made of a molded Plastic and not Rubber like the original but hopefully will hold up a long time.

It's not the seller's fault, must be model-to-model variability. It was too long for my 2001 Jeep Cherokee.

This part is also known as a camshaft position sensor grommet. Hint hint seller, that's what everyone calls it so put that in the title or something so people can find it. It fits TIGHT and it'll be a pain to install UNLESS you pinch it from top to bottom kind of hard so it curves upwards, then it will pop right in. Once in the part will settle back to original shape and fit super tight.

I ordered this part when I noticed mine was missing off my 91 Jeep YJ. The part was a little difficult to install until I used my heat gun to soften it and then it snapped in for a perfect fit. It is a definitely a necessary part to keep foreign particles out of your bell housing.

Listed to fit my 94' Cherokee but its way smaller than the factory gromet, leaves a gap than you can put a finger in . id stay away from this and crown products in general, haven't had much luck with their stuff at all.I included a picture of the mopar grommet compared to Crowns replacement.
