The rails are great, however the company offers no post sales support. I've had a problem with rust on the mounting plates and one of the mounting brackets came loose and was lost. I've emailed, called and used their online support request. I have yet in over 3 months of trying to reach customer support managed to get anyone to respond. If you can't even get ahold of the company there is no way they would honor a warranty.

Seems very stable. I have only had one chance to secure something down, but so far so good. Had to cut the rear steel plate down by about 3/4 inch to clear the tonneau cover. Works perfectly. Instructions were decent, and the bars seems very high quality steel. Overall I’m impressed.You will have to cut a 3”x 2” hole out of the thin black plastic box rail near the drivers cab on each side to set the anchors in, but I just used a pilot hole and looked from underneath to make sure I was in the right spot. Overall a very simple install. It took about 3-4 hours, including all the cutting to make the rear plates for around the tonneau cover.This fits a 5.5inch box. Ford F-150 XLT 2017. The matching systems shows it doesn’t fit, but the DeeZee website and model number all show it fitting, and it does.

Overall I'm happy with these rails for my 18 F-150.I ordered these because I wanted to assemble an over the bed bike rack and wanted something with a T-slot I could mount aluminium square tube cross rails to. I could not find anything similar to this without fabricating my own rail from 1515 extruded aluminum.The install was very straight forward. DeeZee provides measurements to locate the forward stake pockets covered by the bedside cap. Drilled a small hole based on their measurement and used a rotozip to make a clean cutout. Only complaint is the mounting plates that sit on top of the side caps are all the same size and they hang slightly over the side for the plates used at the rear stake pockets since the bedside cap tapers from wide to narrower front to back. If DeeZee would have made slightly narrower plates for the rear, or contoured them to follow the taper it would have provided a more finished look. Hence four vs five stars.The rails still function well and are solid after everything is secured. DeeZee does not provide measurements for T-slot dimensions in its literature, but found that either a 5/16" or 8mm diameter hex bolt head or nut will fit the slots well.This wss the best price I found online and shipping was prompt.
