After having some difficulty with the installation and being convinced that I had the wrong item I called the customer support and they walked me through the steps where I had gone wrong, and though I was still in doubt I later had to call back and apologize cause they fit perfectly. Thanks

I just put these on today and am extremely happy with them so far. The install took me just over an hour (thanks to the other reviewers for advising us to swap the rear driver bracket with the rear passenger bracket). Instructions aren't the best but this is a pretty straight forward install.I'm happy with the look of them. For under $200, I never expected them to look as quality and durable as they do. I expect to have to tighten the bolts every now and then, but with the lock washers, maybe not.. these things should last a while.***UPDATE***I've had these one for about a week now and the only thing I would complain about is that the steps sit real close to the truck. I didn't really notice it until the wife asked if we could adjust them so they sit about 6" further out from the truck. This would make them more practical for actually stepping up on. Other than that, they look good.

These are great, and a perfect fit for my 2015 Black Ram 1500. Installation was easy, but take people seriously when they tell you that you have to swap the rear brackets right for left. I ignored them and installed the brackets on the truck, but the bar then won't fit. Swap the brackets and the bar fits perfectly. It's a bar fitment issue, not a truck fitment issue. With the bracket swap, the install took about 90 minutes. Look great, and my wife and 10 year old daughter appreciate the help getting into the truck.

these are well made and look great on my truck, the instructions are hard to understand but looking at the installation pics they are easy to figure out. I had them installed in less than 45 minutes.

I would have given this 5 stars if not for the less than clear instructions. The bars look awesome and fit my 2014 Ram Express quad cab perfectly and I am very pleased with them. The instructions are clear to a point- but they don't state that you need to reverse the rearmost brackets on the driver's and passenger sides to get the bolt holes to line up and the wrench sizes are misstated.. Otherwise they shipped very quickly and were very well packaged. All the needed hardware to mount them is provided.

My step bars arrived a little late and when they did they looked like they came in a box that had lived through WWIII. They were falling out of the bottom and the only thing holding the box together was shrink wrap. When I pulled them out everything was there though. I unwrapped each bar and checked them out and found that one of them had a huge crease and scratch down the side. I tried to make contact to see what could be done and never got a response. I used some automotive paint to cover up the gash and installed them. They work as any other step bar would and I'm pleased with the way they look. I've had no other real issues with them since install which by the way was super easy to do.
