The wide width of these straps are key. Perfect solution to doing weighted squats without having to purchase more weights (I have an Eisenlink square dumbbell set). Nice to not have any weight loading my spine - I use a belt to hang the DB's from, and this setup works great. Glad I spent the money. (Get over the price and just buy them).

Our son has been doing weighted calisthenics for years, I stumbled upon these loading straps and they've completely transformed his workouts. Before, he was struggling with awkward chains and makeshift setups that felt sketchy at best. These straps are exactly what he needed - they're very sturdy and keep the weights horizontal, which makes such a huge difference during dips and pull-ups.The quick attachment system is actually quick (unlike some gym gear that claims to be "quick" but takes forever to set up). He can switch between exercises in seconds, and the wide strap design keeps everything stable - no more swinging weights throwing off his form. Having both 6" and 8" options is versatile , especially when switching between different exercises or weight plates.Only minor gripes: the straps are a bit stiff when new and take some breaking in, and the D-ring could be a tad bigger for easier threading. But honestly, these are minimal issues compared to how much these straps have improved his training. If you're serious about weighted calisthenics, these are definitely worth picking up. They also truly create a safer workout.

These work as advertised and are a great addition to a home gym if you're looking for a better way to utilize your dumbbells. The stitching on these are great, with three squares with X patterns through them along the length, so you know these are will hold up for a nice long while. The metal buckles also feel nice and sturdy, so you can likely load these with a lot of weight. The picture showing it perfectly balancing a barbell, well I personally wouldn't try that and don't think these can do that well. Stick to using dumbbells with it.You can't use these by themself though, you need a belt with chain or strap to properly use this product, and that is where the price issue enters the picture for me. As of my writing of this, these are currently priced at $30, and all you get are two 5 inch straps of nylon with 4 metal buckles. Producing these probably cost a few dollars tops, so the markup is insane. My belt with chain that I use with this was over $10 cheaper than this product. You can buy a full Olympic bar for twice the cost. I just find it very hard to justify the markup considering you need other equipment to even use these.5 stars for quality, minus 2 stars for price gouging. Wait for them to go on sale.

I use them for my pulley machine to lift dumbbells. A little expensive I thought but once receiving them they are worth the price. They are so easy to put on and off. They hold the weight level and in control.I have tried cheaper alternatives and they are crap in comparison. Great product.

These are the best thing yet for what I do. I use them with an ankle D ring strap for stand up leg lifts. They grip the dumbells good and have a wide stablizing strap (that's important). Old people need to do stand up leg lifts with some weight so as to strengthen those hip muscles to keep walking. Dat's me.
