Once you install these kind of bulbs Turn the lights on and then after a half hour turn them off , Then repeat the process a few times, But most of the time usually just need to leave them on for about 24 hours so they can function properly. 24 hr method worked for me. I hope this helps someone.

Not sure why it was so hard for me to find this particular light tube at my local stores, but having this delivered to the house makes it fast and easy. The brightness is perfect for my closet, replaced the old warm light tubes.

From the start these did not work well. I would have to try the switch multiple times to get them to come on. Recently I noticed that they were working on the first try but then I removed the cover to clean it and two of them are dead. I swapped positions to see if it was the bulb or not and it is the bulb. The good bulb worked in both slots. I have only had them six months.
