at first, I had thought UPS did not drop off the hardware kit, was pretty mad about that, till my wife says, no there are two boxes, the other one is over here. crisis averted. took advice from someone else when installing them. don't follow YouTube, you will drive yourself crazy. first install the hardware on the step first, then with a jack raise the step into place, loosely finger tight install the bolts in the appropriate holes in the truck. then align the steps so they are the same on both sides and tighten them up. much easier than the YouTube installation videos. oh, and yes they look great and are very solid. also do not hang too low. just the look I was going for
