The front screw position is flat and does notmatch the contour of the fender.

The price point on this rear fender rack was the main selling point for me, but after it arrived, I found that it also included several sticky pads that will help prevent rub damage to my fender finish. What I didn’t know is the rack curvature is not as curvy as my fender. Needless to say, I did install it and had to draw it down with a bolt, but it did flex down to make a good footing on the fender. The finish is brighter than I had hoped, but it does look good atop my satin finish fender. Now, to see what I need to place in the bags to make the rack useful. I would buy it again.

Base doesn't have the right curve for the sportster fender. Had to bend myself for a good fit.

This rack was not formed to fit the 2009 Sportster. I had to bend the bracket at the seat mounting point, and put a spacer and longer screw (not provided) to be able to mount it. Other than that it looks okay.

This rack does not fit the contour of my stock 2001 sportster fender nor do the mounting holes align Then I look for a way too return and it requires either I travel to ups facility or I pay UPS pick-up. There are no contact options on Amazon site so they win

Will not fit my 2018 XL883N. With the front bolt tightened down there is a 1-1/4 inch gap between the rear of the rack mount and the fender where the rear bolt goes. I thought about making a spacer, but decided to find one that is made correctly. The angle of the bend at the front is incorrect or the rear mount needs to be deeper to reach the fender. I vote for the latter as it would make the rack more level.

I put this on my street Bob. I used leather pad i made from an old belt between the rack and the fender. Looks and works great.

Good price , good product . I mounted it to the top of a rear case on my bike for an extra location to strap more stuff on for trips .
