Great product. Fast delivery, easy to follow instructions as well as information on how to watch instructional videos. Everything I needed to repair the speaker!

While there was nothing wrong with the product or the shipping, I have to say the instructions are sketchy at best and, I'd go so far as to say, misleading. While the instructions make the process sound leisurely, the glue provided with this kit starts to set up almost immediately. If you are not prepared to put the surround in, exactly where it needs to be, you will not have time to re-position it sucessfully. Also, the glue causes the foam to swell, making the whole, short, process of getting it positioned correctly very intensive. While the instructions do not call for it, I had to mark the cone of my speaker showing where the edges of the foam needed to end up. Without doing that I cannot see any way this can be installed sucessfully.I had to order a second kit as I botched one of the two from the first kit.I wouldn't recommend this to anyone that isn't patient and use to working with their hands. And, I have to believe that the smaller speakers would be easier to do.
